While therapy can be challenging, it is undoubtedly worth the effort. I have witnessed people, including myself, transform their lives, make wiser choices, and overcome obstacles that were holding them back.
I work with clients dealing with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, work-related stress, body image issues, substance misuse, and chronic health conditions, among other psychological problems. I specialise in contextual behavioural therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), and Mindfulness-based CBT.
I provide both online and face-to-face therapy for adults in English and Spanish. I also supervise fellow psychologists, whether they are just beginning their careers or seeking advanced clinical supervision. Additionally, I lecture in the Psychology Department at University College London (UCL), teaching on the PgDip in CBT for Severe Mental Health Problems.

For over 10 years, I have been helping people from all walks of life to live more fulfilling lives and improve their wellbeing, whatever that might mean for each individual. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds and settings. My experience spans young and senior professionals in London’s banking and finance sectors, artists, top corporate tech professionals, lawyers, freelancers, health practitioners, and many more.
